Desktop X-ray fluorescent energy dispersive analyzer Rean

Rean is a desktop X-ray fluorescent energy dispersive analyzer designed for non-destructive X-ray spectral fluorescence element analysis. It is used to study the elemental composition of prepared solid, liquid and powder samples, as well as unprepared samples. The range of determination of the contents of chemical elements: 11Na ÷ 92U.

For prepared samples, we use cuvettes with an internal diameter of 10, 16, 20, 31 or 42 mm.

For the analysis of microparticles, special centering holders are used.

Light elements are measured in vacuum, liquid and unprepared objects are analyzed in helium.

Unprepared samples with weighing up to 30 kg are analyzed with the manipulator and the measuring chamber removed.
